Iceil Systems Private Limited, having its principal place of business at 290A, 80 Feet TNHB Road (hereinafter referred to as “The Manufacturer”) warrants its Iceil Products (“here in after referred to as the Products”) as follows:
This warranty is specified and pertains only to those conditions under which the Manufacturer is liable to replace, rectify and refurbish. The Manufacturer warrants the product to be free from defects in workmanship in welded seam and harpoon welds for a period of 10 years from the invoice date. In case of any defects in the workmanship (as specified) the customer has to;
Notify the Manufacturer/Franchise/Exclusive Agent of the defects within 48 hours of sighting the defect.
Demonstrate to the Manufacturers of the said defect to his satisfaction, that the defects are covered under limited warranty.
If the defects are of such to be covered under the warranty, the Manufacturer shall rectify/ re-furbish/ replace the entire product at his own expenses or at Manufacturer's option, replace parts thereof and the rest shall be at the buyer's expenses.

Warranty does not include defects in products or components not manufactured by the Manufacturer or damages arising from such components. Warranty of such components will be passed on by the Manufacturer.
Warranty does not apply if the product or components have been tampered with, without the authorization of the Manufacturer.
The sole obligation of this warranty shall be to repair, replace or rectify the products or components in the manner and for the period provided above by the Manufacturer. The Manufacturer shall hold no other obligations in respect to the products or components or any part thereof.
The Oral or Written statements of Manufacturer's Employees, Franchisees, Agents or Representations 'DO NOT CONSTITUTE WARRANTIES', and are not to be relied upon by the buyer neither are they part of sale.
The limited warranty states the entire obligation of the Manufacturer with respect to the products. If any part of this limited warranty is determined to be void or illegal, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
