Installation Steps

Follow this structured sequence for a smooth and professional stretch ceiling installation.

Pre-Installation Preparation

✅ Room Readiness: Ensure the space is clean, dry, and free from dust.
✅ Clear the Area: Remove small furniture items and cover remaining objects for protection.
✅ Wooden Box: Ensure the wooden box is completed as per shop drawings and the box inside is laminated or painted white uniformly.
✅ Measure the Ceiling: Take precise measurements to produce the stretch fabric accurately.

Install the Perimeter Profiles (Tracks)

✅ Mark the Installation Line: Use a laser level to mark the track placement on the wooden box.
✅ Fix the Tracks: Secure aluminum profiles along the perimeter using screws.
✅ Check Alignment: Ensure tracks are level and firmly attached.
✅ Check Joints: Ensure Joints are covered with Aluminium Tapes.
✅ Sealant Application: Apply sealant on the top intersection between profile and wooden box to avoid dust and insect entry

Install Lighting & Drivers

✅ Electrical & Lighting Setup: Complete all wiring, fixture placements, and driver positioning.
✅ Connect & Test: Install and test LEDs as per lighting diagram.
✅ Driver Positioning: Drivers should position outside in a secure place with 5 Meter Radius.

Final Adjustments & Quality Check

✅ Smooth Out Imperfections: Gently reheat and adjust any sagging areas.
✅ Inspect the Ceiling: Check for tightness, uniformity, and proper fixture integration.
✅ Clean the Surface: Wipe with a microfiber cloth to remove dust or marks.
